WordPress, WooCommerce and Discord are on the dashboard’s Channels screen, under Connected integrations once connected and Add an integration before. n8n connects with an API key you create under Settings → API. Conversations that come through an integration still arrive on a channel. A visitor writing in the chat on your WordPress site arrives as a chat, and a reply your team posts in Discord goes back on whatever channel the customer wrote in on.
