miniDesk is made by MP Enterprise. For help with your workspace, the API, the MCP server or the ChatGPT plugin, email hello@minidesk.ai.

What to include

The workspace name, and the email address you sign in with.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
For an API or MCP error, the X-Request-Id response header if you have it. It lets us find your request in our logs.

Never send a full API key or MCP credential. The first characters, such as mdsk_mcp_AbC1, are enough for us to find it.

The ChatGPT plugin

Connect: ChatGPT setup.
What it can do: the tools and what it cannot do.
Disconnect: revoke the connection in Settings → MCP. The next call from ChatGPT is refused.
Your data: see the privacy notice.

Security problems

Report a security problem to hello@minidesk.ai with “Security” in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix it before you tell anybody else.

Deleting your data

An owner can delete a workspace from its settings. To have your account and data erased, email us from the address on the account. The privacy notice explains what we keep and for how long.
