On the free plan, your customers see a small miniDesk credit on the chat, the contact form, your emails, and the first message on Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. Every paid plan removes all of it. That is what we mean by white labeling: your customers see your name and your logo, and never ours.

What changes with your plan

The Starter, Growth and Scale plans all include white labeling. Nothing else in the product changes between free and paid: every plan has the whole product.

Instagram, Messenger and Telegram

The line is added once per conversation, to the first message we send:
  • the confirmation message, if one goes out;
  • otherwise, your first reply.
It is never sent as a message of its own. A separate message would notify the customer’s phone for nothing and invite a “thanks” that reopens the conversation. On Instagram and Messenger it would often not arrive at all, because Meta only accepts replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. The line is written in the language of the conversation. On Telegram, the reply to Start never carries it. Upload your logo in Settings → Workspace. It replaces the miniDesk mark in the chat widget header and at the top of your emails, on every plan. Without a logo, the free plan fills that space with the miniDesk mark. A paid plan leaves it empty instead, because filling your header with our mark is the opposite of what you paid for.

When it takes effect

We check your plan every time we send a message or load the chat and the form. Nothing is stored on old messages.
  • Upgrade: the credit disappears from the next message and the next page load.
  • Cancel: your workspace goes back to the free plan, and the credit returns.
  • Failed payment: your plan, and its white labeling, stays for 10 days while you update the card. After that the workspace is treated as free.
Messages already delivered stay as they were sent.
