# Integrations

> Connect miniDesk to the tools you already use. Conversations still arrive through your channels.

An **integration** connects miniDesk to a tool you already use. Unlike a
[channel](/channels/overview), it is not a way for customers to reach you: it
puts your chat somewhere, lets the AI look something up, or gives your team
another place to work.

> **[WordPress](/integrations/wordpress)**
>
> One plugin puts your chat on your site, with no code to copy.

> **[WooCommerce](/integrations/woocommerce)**
>
> The AI answers "where is my order?" from your store.

> **[Discord](/integrations/discord)**
>
> Your team reads and answers conversations from your Discord server.

> **[n8n](/integrations/n8n)**
>
> Start workflows when conversations arrive or change.

WordPress, WooCommerce and Discord are on the dashboard's **Channels** screen,
under **Connected integrations** once connected and **Add an integration**
before. n8n connects with an API key you create under **Settings → API**.

Conversations that come through an integration still arrive on a channel. A
visitor writing in the chat on your WordPress site arrives as a chat, and a
reply your team posts in Discord goes back on whatever channel the customer
wrote in on.

To let an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT work your inbox, see
[MCP](/mcp/overview). To build your own integration, see the
[API reference](/api-reference/introduction).
